Syed Raza

President & CEO
Syed Raza received his Bachelors Degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Michigan. Having grown up playing sports, he got into sales looking for a performance based team environment. He got promoted to management in 11 months, and became Managing partner in 16 months of starting with the organization. He has played a key role in building our reputation as one of the leading firms in Illinois, and is leading the team as we go National in 2025. Outside of work, Raza spends a lot of time with his daughter, enjoys travel and good food.

Marie Labellarte

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Marie Labellarte received her Degree - Bachelor of Arts- Vocal Performance /Composition and Marketing Concordia University. After completing her education she chose the sales path originally to gain experience, but shortly thereafter fell in love with the opportunity to grow and work with like minded people in a team oriented environment. Marie earnt her promotion to management in a little over a year and has been an integral part of the team ever since she started. In her personal life, Marie, being a classically trained vocalist still performs regularly, and loves to compete with her twin brother in everything!

Subrine Kawar

HR DIRECTOR
Subrine Kawar received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Governor State University. After starting in a recruiting role, Subrine was promoted to HR Director after her integral role in helping the organization grow by 100% in 2024. When not at work, she likes going to the gym and is very involved in her community.

Lilly Tadros

HR MANAGER
Lilly received her Bachelors Degree from the Saint Xavier University - Psychology. MBA and Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology - Roosevelt University. A multi faceted high performer, with a strong background in HR and recruiting, she helps with the team’s talent acquisition. She has helped the organization grow at a faster pace since she became a part of it. Outside of work, family and community are a big part of her life.
